Sure-Step Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Sure-Step STP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sure-Step STP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the STP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our STP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Synergy-Engineering-Ltd. such as the G3U207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Coater manufactured by Svg-Silicon-Valley-Group and we are pleased to be able to service most Svg-Silicon-Valley-Group systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCG085WVLCB by Manufacturer Tcg085wvlcb-G00-S-7-24-122 as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Synatel-Instrumentation Brand SSL26S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teknor such as TE701 equipment made by Teknor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS5233N74 by Tamagawa and TE701 spares by Teknor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
